- Campus Access Logs: Biometric timestamps recorded at the facility entry gates to monitor student safety and curfew adherence.
- Financial Transaction Records: Transaction reference IDs, payment receipts, and bank deposit acknowledgments for security deposits and monthly fees.
3. Purpose of Processing & Data Usage
We process collected student data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- Curating the student residency experience and room allocation.
- Facilitating parent notifications regarding emergency updates, fee notices, and curfew logging.
- Enforcing campus security protocols and regulatory compliance with local Vadodara law enforcement student registries.
- Maintaining server telemetry, error logs, and web optimization.
